Victoria's Club Permit Scheme allows members of vehicle clubs that are recognised by VicRoads, including Heritage Cars Australia, to make limited non commercial use of eligible historic vehicles on the road network.
Applicants for a club permit must be an approved financial member of Heritage Cars Australia.
In order to be considered, your vehicle needs to be manufactured after 31st December 1930, but more than 25 years before the date of the application for a club permit.
